Uganda is a small country fairly isolated from the outside world.
It is located in the Central African Rift Valley which has had a favorable climate with reliable rainfall. This made it attractive to cultivators and early settlers. However, with the overuse of the land people had eventually removed almost all original trees, and the land lost it fertility. In 25 years became one of the most successful mission fields in all of Africa. |
